IMPORTANT: All my products are suitable for adult collectors only. THEY ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN.
Availability: All items are normally available from stock and dispatched within 10 days of receipt of payment.

Intellectual Property: All items offered for sale have been designed, mastered and manufactured by me, Sue Dubowi and are copyrighted. Reproduction from these items is strictly forbidden. All rights are reserved. No part of any catalogue, printed material or web-site may be reproduced in any form or by any means without the express, written permission of Sue Dubowi.

Variations in Colour and Finish: Please remember that my products are hand-finished and painted. This means that colours and finishes may vary slightly.

Guarantee: Everything I dispatch leaves the workshop in perfect condition (I pack everything myself, so there is total quality control right down to the stamp!). If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact me immediately to arrange a replacement or refund.

Prices: Prices are quoted in pounds Sterling but exclude carriage and packing. NB: You are responsible for any import duty that may be incurred.

Post & Packing
For UK mainland only, postage and packing is charged at the following rates:

Orders up to £50 - maximum £3.75

Orders over £50 - maximum £6.50
IF YOU ARE ORDERING FROM OUTSIDE THE UK PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY UNTIL YOU HAVE E-MAILED OR PHONED YOUR ORDER TO ME. When I receive your order I will work out the carriage and packing and inform you what the final price will be. This is necessary because carriage costs vary according to wight and size.

Methods of payment: From within the UK - please send cheques or postal orders made payable to Sue Dubowi, see the contact page. You may also order by phone and pay by Paypal, American Express, Visa or MasterCard.  International customers - we accept Paypal, American Express,Visa, MasterCard, banker's drafts, money orders, or bank transfer (include bank charges, please). Remember to contact me with your order before sending any payment, so that I can work out the packing and carriage costs. All payments should be in Pounds Sterling.

Dispatch: Goods are normally dispatched within 10 days of payment being received. If your parcel has not arrived within 21 days of order confirmation please contact me.

Returns: If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any of my products please contact me within seven days to arrange return, replacement or refund. Goods must be returned in their original packing.  Damage and Shortages - Please tell me within seven days of receipt of any damage or shortage. Damaged items will be replaced and shortages made good at no cost to you.
